While searching and testing different ways to bake the perfect sugar cookie I have found a few tricks. The first is to combine two ways of rolling out the dough. After mixing the dough, I wrap the disks in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge, but only for a maximum of 20 minutes.

In honor of little Miss P’s first birthday, I thought I would share some photos from her baby shower. It is very hard for me to believe this was over a year ago already. It started with the invitations, for which I drew inspiration from the sweet nursery that Coco had put together for her baby girl.
